GENERAL INFORMATION

Sponsors must provide their own promotional banner(s) (Optional).

Optional prizes: Prizes will be used for lucky draws during the conference. The sponsor's name will be mentioned with the prize giving.

Optional promotional gifts: You are otherwise welcome to supply marketing material such as a pamphlet or business card with a promotional gift (e.g. a pen, notebook, tissues, lip-ice, keyring, ruler, USB memory sticks, calendar, sweets bag, product sample, water et cetera) for conference attendees. Final attendance number will be provided after 17 August 2026.
An invoice with banking details will be send as soon as we receive your registration form. Please remember that the booking will only be confirmed once we have received the online registration form and proof of payment (where applicable). A final confirmation email will be sent as soon as we have received the proof of payment. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email.
